AI and Rovo FTW

Hello community!

I'm a big fan of JSM + AI synergy - since day 1 LOL, that being AI Insights on Forge plus JSM which won us an honourable mention (#6) at Codegeist 2020.

I'm a keen advocate of the importance of monitoring customer sentiment/satisfaction and doing this in an automated way with the help of AI. Who wants to fill out satisfaction surveys, right?

Rovo is going to the be the AI-API for the next gen JSM apps, so I'm super excited to watch this space.
