Your feedback helps shape our roadmap, and this year we focused on capabilities that help you reduce risk while staying efficient. We rolled out more granular controls for data security policies and content redaction to help you stay ahead of threats, along with new automation options so you can spend more time where it matters most.

Here are the highlights:

Guard Standard

Service accounts supporting OAuth 2.0

Centrally manage service accounts separately from user accounts with dedicated, secure identities for non-human actors.

Authentication policy automation

Automate authentication policies by auto-including users when they are synced or unsynced from an identity provider (IdP) and when group memberships change, updating profiles accordingly.

SCIM provisioning for customer accounts

Automatically provision and deactivate Jira Service Management portal-only customer accounts when users are added or removed from an external directory.

Sync additional SCIM attributes

Sync additional SCIM user provisioning attributes, such as profile picture, location, employee ID, and manager.

Customize social logins displayed on login screen

Allow users to sign in with your organization’s preferred identity providers by customizing the login screen.

Microsoft Intune MAM integration

Manage and secure corporate data within mobile applications, without requiring control over the entire device, with Microsoft Intune–protected versions of the Confluence and Jira mobile apps.

Audit log for site admins

Allow site admins to access audit logs relevant to the sites they oversee within Atlassian Administration, so they can investigate site activities more effectively.

Guard Premium

Enforce data security policies with classification levels

Apply data security policies (such as prevent page export) based on classification levels.

Investigation & remediation automation rules for Jira & Confluence

Set up automation rules to support investigation and remediation, such as restricting pages when sensitive content is detected.

Redact sensitive data in Jira content

Remediate sensitive data by redacting the content directly from an alert.

Improved audit log investigations with query language - EAP

Streamline audit log investigations with Audit Log Query Language, which provides a more robust and flexible querying system.

Block downloading of attachments in Confluence

Leverage data security policies to block download of attachments in Confluence.

Implement org-level default classification

Implement a default classification level that will apply to all your Jira and Confluence apps.
