Xray - "Error while retrieving test executions" when generating a Test Execution Report in Xray
We're experiencing an issue whereby when we generate a test execution report, it grinds for a minute before giving the error of:
"Error while retrieving test executions".
Nothing is written to atlassian-jira.log or catalina.out during this time.
We engaged with the vendor, but it seems like an unknown issue. They validated with us that there aren't any problems with our configuration, our filters, or the underlying issues.
We're using 7.10.4-j9 of Xray for Jira.
This is more to see if anyone has experienced an issue like this in the past and, if so, what the resolution was.
