Hi @Prathima Katkuri

For user community support, try this group instead - I am active there: Zephyr Scale Community

For SmartBear support, you can raise a ticket here - they are very good: SmartBear Support

To answer your question as I understand it, to report Test Cases that are linked to Jira Epics you would need to use the Advanced Filtering option in the Zephyr Scale report, and select the Test Execution section and choose either Has Linked Issues = TRUE (shows all tests linked to any issue), or, Linked Issues if you know which issues you want to report about (note: you have to select them individually!).

If you're using the Server/DC version of Zephyr Scale your reports might include Issue reports (not available in Cloud), and those may be more useful.

If you raise the same question in the Zephyr Scale community I may be able to help more, but can post screen prints much easier than in the Atlassian community.

Hello Pranthima,

I believe you might need to contact the team supporting this app. Marketplace provides ways to get support. Please see Zephyr Scale—Test Management for Jira. There, you will find ways to get support through the community or their ticketing system.
