I had the same thing last week but expected it would be fixed since it says you're "tracking" these.

My apologies for the late reply. I missed the notification that there was a new optic on the community.

It looks like there was something wrong with Atlassian's User Profile. The error message you shared is an error message from Atlassian, not Atlas CRM. If you still run into issues, please let us know by opening a support issue.
