How to bulk delete account of your managed users

When administering users across multiple organizations, it can be a hassle when there are many users to evaluate for removal. This can be a daunting task, especially when you're in the testing phase trying to see what works versus what doesn't work. As an Org Admin, navigating through multiple clicks to delete multiple accounts would be a nightmare. The alternative here is that you could use the REST API to achieve this aim but that would mean an effort to learn and understand how it works before implementation. It all comes down to what you need to do, to cut down on effort and invest such effort/time in other tasks that would improve the general overview of how you manage your organization.

Step 1:

• Access the BulkOps Org for Jira
• Navigate to the users' page using the left-side menu nav
• Click on a new task to create your request

Step 2:

• Upload your CSV file. See our format for more information.
• Select the operation you want to manage, in this case, the delete account operation
• Click the next button to proceed

Step 3:

• Create the task name

• Select the given date and time for the operation

  • If you want the operation to run immediately, please choose today as the date and the time should be the closest time on the form.

Step 4:

• Review the configured task and ensure it meets your requirement
• If everything is confirmed, click the submit button to process the request.
