Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.

"Collaborator" is the general term for any kind of member. The following member-types exist:

  1. Board Member
  2. Board Admin (Like a regular member with more rights)
  3. Workspace Member (Like a Board Member but with access to all boards)
  4. Workspace Admin (Like a Workspace Member but with more rights)
  5. Single Board Guest (Paid tiers only - These are free as long as they are only on one board)
  6. Observer (Paid tiers only - Someone who can only create, comment, and vote on cards)
  7. Pending Invited (Someone who is invited as any of the above but has not accepted the invitation yet)

On the Free version you can have members of 1,2,3,4 and 7 (but not 5 and 6), and you can in total have 10 combined of these various "Collaborators"
