Hello,
Since this morning, we've noticed that we can no longer interact at all with the boards in 1 of our Workspaces.
It contains 4 boards and in total, there are less than 10 collaborators associated with all these boards.
We can no longer comment, delete, archive, etc.
When we comment, a loader indicates that it's in progress, but it runs ad infinitum.
When we delete an archive, it comes back anyway.
When we create a card, it never appears.
And so on.
Have we reached a limit other than the number of contributors please?
Thanks
Hi @Dan, do you see any banners on that board with messaging about it being in read-only mode?
It does sound like the Workspace may be over the limit. One possibility is that there are fewer than 10 members of the boards that you're a member of within that Workspace, but there may be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
Hi @Caity
Thank you for your reply. I have of course first checked the total number of membersas I indicated in the description.
The table doesn't have a top banner to indicate the limit reached either. I know this message because I've had it on other workspaces, but here it's not the case. There's no message displayed, indicating a limitation reached anywhere.

Thanks for sharing that information. The team has looked into this, and there's a Trello IT account on one of the boards that we believe is causing this issue.
We're looking into a longterm fix for this, but, in the meantime, the admin of the Workspace will need to go to the board that has the member @Trello on it and remove that member from the board. That should resolve the issue.

Upon further investigation, removing that member may not resolve this. If it doesn't help, starting a free trial should fix this for now, but we're still looking into solve the root issue.

Thanks for your answer.
No, there's no Trello IT account here. And all these accounts are also connected to other workspaces where there are no such problems.

Hey @Dan! Thanks for your patience while we worked through this, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We were able to take some action on our end that I think should allow your to interact with your content again. Please let me know if you are or not.

Hey @Dan - From what I can tell the issue was entirely on our end and nothing you did. If you have any issues in the future feel free to reach back out on this thread or start a new one. Thanks!

Hi @Frank Wedel
Thanks for your message.
As I said, it is not a limitation reached since there are less than 10 members on the totality of the boards of this workspace. To be exact, there are 6.
And there's no message alerting you that the limit has been reached.
