Why won't my Zoho Power-up show while enabled

I have disabled, re-enabled, logged out, logged back in, refreshed the browser a dozen times, and still the power-up won't display.

I get a flashing grey block sometimes with the 'no entry' sign when I hover my mouse, and the that disappears too.
