Trello Automation with Custom Fields changes not working

We are having problems with the following automation:

when custom field "Task Stage" is set to "Pre Review Tasks" in a card with custom field "Partner" set to "2Beyond FPA", add the "Pre Review Tasks" checklist from card "2Beyond FPA Processes" to the card, remove all the labels from the card, and add the yellow "Pre Review Tasks" label to the card

The best way to start troubleshooting an Automation issue is by checking the automation log. If any actions are incorrect, you should see a message indicating what went wrong.

However, if you don't see any messages after the log that shows the automation creation, this usually indicates that there may be an issue with the trigger.

If there's no confidential information in your logs, could you please share a screenshot? You can also copy and paste any relevant messages from the logs if you prefer. This will help us understand what's happening with your automation.
