Hi Rick, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Could you kindly share your rule so that we can take a look? Just remember to keep any private info secure. Also, check the
automation log and let us know if there are any error messages. I'd be happy to help!

When card is moved into list (Tech Completed)

Copy the card to the top of list Tech Completed on Service approval board.

It says cannot find Service Approval Board which is another board. I typed in the board name and next time used trellos drop down but does not work allows all rules except coping to another board.

Thanks for the details! Here are a few common situations where this error typically occurs:

  • The board name has a blank space at the end. In this case, open the Service Approval board, remove the blank space at the end, and try to run the rule again.
  • You're not a board member. If you're not a member of the Service Approval board, you'll need to click the "Join board" button at the top and try to run the rule again.
  • The board name is incorrect. Try to recreate the rule, and select the board from the dropdown menu. If it doesn't show in the menu, try to copy and paste the board name instead of typing.

After exploring these options, if the issue persists, double-check the logs and inform me of any new error messages.

Let me know how it goes!

Thankyou very much. The board name must have had a space after. I deleted name and renamed it and now it works!!!
