Reactivate is not working

Question

I am an admin in Enterprise Trello and I accidentally deactivated a user yesterday. The button to reactivate is there but every time I click it, the account activates for about 1 second and then remains deactivated. How can I get the account reactivated? They are a managed user in our workspace.
