I wonder if someone could help. I've received a notification today from security software that my information has been made available on the dark web and the source maybe Trello.

Can someone tell me how I get in touch with the organisation about this as there has been no notification that they are aware of the breach or doing anything to prevent this occuring again.

It only appears to be giving me the option to add a request in the community rather than to speak with someone directly (which would have been my preferred solution)

Thanks

Hi Michelle,

We recently updated our public statements to address these concerns.

You can find detailed information here in our Community post: Setting the Record Straight about Trello User Profile Data.

Also, Trello users with an active subscription can submit support tickets. Free users can post their questions here in the Community and we'll be happy to assist them.

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions.
