My Trello is working fine in my Atlassian account and on my iPhone, but the app started acting strange on my iMac. First, I got all kinds of weird lines when I opened it. I tried to delete it and reinstall the app, but now I am getting nothing but boxes, either blue and black or white and black. How can I get my iMac Trello app working again.
Hi Pat! The problem you experienced with the Desktop app was a bug our team was aware of, and we released a fix for this bug a few days ago. I recommend updating the desktop app or reinstalling it to ensure you have the latest version and no leftover files on your device.
