My team have been logged out and now can't log back in and has had two way authentication log in added , how can I remove the two way authentication please?

Do you have backup code?
Please check this Troubleshooting two factor authentication page. You can contact Atlassian support to get back into your account.
No both of us don't have a back up code, Emilia is unable to log back into her account without it.
