How can we change the admin asap?

How can we change the admin asap?

The admin of the board is a previous employee who left 3 years ago but this hasn't been updated since then. We kindly need to update the admin urgently in order to be able to remove users from the board and reduce the number to max 10 people.

I've opened a ticket 7 days ago but still no one reached out to us.
