How can I set a due date without specific time? So, only the date....

Question

I use Trello with power up Calendar.
And then I add Calendar to my Apple Calendar via iCal. That is great!

The only thing that I would like more is that cards could have a 'all day' event instead of some hours ...

Why? 
- Because the exact time is mostly not relevant. I only want to see the date as due date

- Because this card will show up at the top of my DAYVIEW in the Apple Calendar. So it won't mess up my view of the day.

Any suggestions? Preferably without adding another follow up.... ;-)

How is it possible that this issue still remains unanswerred by Trello for years...?
I mean, the least they could do is saying that they are not at all interested. 
Or, give some perspective for availability.....
On the other hand I am glad to notice this is a topic that more people would like to see realised....  :-)
