How can I recover access to a board that I created?

In April, we had an issue with the Trello accounts of the employees at the company I work for. When we tried to access our accounts, a message appeared saying:

 

"You do not have permission to access this content.

It looks like the account has been deactivated.

We sent you an email with contact information so you can learn more about this.

Log in with a different account."

 

Then the company's IT team contacted them and resolved the issue, and we were able to access our accounts again.

However, when I regained access to my account, only boards created by other people appeared. All the boards that I had created were missing from my account.

I tried to access the boards I had created, and this message appeared:

 

"This board is private

Send a request to the administrators of this board to gain access. If your request is approved, you will receive an email.

You are signed in as Marcela Araújo m***s@gmail.com

Change account

By requesting access, you agree to share your Atlassian account information, including your email address, with the board administrators.

Send request"

 

But whenever I send a request, whether with my corporate email (which is the email associated with my Trello account) or with my personal email, this message appears:

 

"Request submitted

You will receive an email if your request is approved."

 

But I never receive the request in my email. I was supposed to receive the request in my email, right? Since I created the board.

And all the other people who have access to my board can still use it. Only I can't.

 

I have some boards, but the most important one that I need to recover access to is this one:

I need help to recover access to the board that I created, please.

Hi Marcela,

I can see that you have a corporate email associated to your Trello account. This Trello account also owns that board you shared. This should be of no issue once you are logged into Trello using that so you can then access your boards. 

As you're using Trello with an Atlassian account, you can check for your email address from your Atlassian account profile. To do that, visit https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email and confirm whether it is indeed the corporate email, and not your personal Gmail account.
