Hi, my account is linked to my old email with my previous job - they are not able to unlock or activate my email account. How can I access my account?
if anyone can help that will be really appreciated.

I'm not sure you could do that, and your only option could be Atlassian's support. But what exactly you want to do with your old account, which is associated with an email from another company?

I need to access my account with my content in it. My content in there has nothing to do with the company who owns my email. Ideally I would change the email to my new email but I cannot do that as I cannot get in. I know the email and password but when I try to log in, it takes me to the company portal. Had I known this I would have never used the company email. I wonder if there is a platform i can login which does not take me to the company portal?

I see. This is unfortunate because you had to already transfer (where applicable) the content you wanted to another atlassian account with a personal email. Usually, content created with a company's email address, belongs to the company (but this is a legal thing to be honest).
Have you try loggin in at id.atlassian.com with your old account? Is the account managed by your company within the atlassian ecosystem or not?
