Not receiving email notifications when there is activity on the board

I checked your email on our system and there are no blocks, so we can discard this being an issue. Let's check some steps
1- Are you a watcher on the list/board that you want to receive the notification? You can check the detailed instructions on the link below

2- Could you please check your settings? Specifically, verify if the "Due Date" reminder setting has been inadvertently set to "None" or something similar, which would prevent notifications from being triggered. Unfortunately, we cannot see these settings on our end, and without the ability to impersonate your account, we cannot confirm this ourselves.

I was getting the notifications and they just stopped for whatever reason.
