Creating card from template

Is there a way for me to break out each checklist into their own respective "cards"

I have the template but I can only next the template under one card, and I would like to set up the template respective of each card with is aligned to the checklists.

Is it my understand that you'd like to create multiple card templates? If that is the case, then you can just create different card templates with their own respective checklists. Let me know if there is any other context that I am missing.
