Can you add a start time -I can add a start date,to a card but not a start date time?

I can see how to add a start date along with a due date and time, but can I specify a start time on the start date?

@[deleted] unfortunately only dates and not times on the start field. I've requested this as a feature before so hopefully it will change at some point! In the meantime, you could create a custom date field called Start Time that would allow you to set the date, but this won't be reflected in the calendar view(s), so it may not help depending on what you're trying to accomplish. I do believe there are some power-ups that will allow you to use custom date fields as start and due dates though, so it might be possible!
