Can’t open attachments

Hi guys, I can’t open attachments anymore in my account. Has anyone else had this problem?

Is your attachment is any specific file types that are not supported by your phone/PC(device) or the device is not having any app to open the file. 

Try to check the below link for attachments documentation.
