We have the butler and custom fields power ups.
We have created a custom field called 'waiting' which is a checkbox.
We want to have the following automation rule.
If checkbox 'waiting' has been checked for X days, send an email to all assignee's of the card. Is this possible?
Basically we want to action if the checkbox has been checked for a specified period. This would have nothing to do with due dates. It's all about making sure our technicians do not forget about their cards that are waiting.
