Blue Cat reports not allowing reports filtering from multiple boards

Hi Forum members,

I and my clients team , crica 150 users, have been using Blue cat very successfully for the last 4.5 years producing a huge range of Quicklists and Reports.

One of my clients has encountered and issue when trying to select data form two boards to build his reports. You can make the filter selections however when you try to save the Blue Cat logo goes into a death loop and gets stuck.

Multiple board filyering is possible in Quicklists but when I go to reports it hangs.

I have contacted Blue cat support advising this is urgent however no response.

Any suggestions on either how to resolve or how to get Bluecat to respond would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

Did you receive any response from the Bluecat team? I attempted to replicate the issue but was unable to do so. It appears to be a bug, and they will be able to assist you more effectively.
