What are the JIRA certifications require to become Silver solution partner?

Could you please let us know how to enroll for Technical track and which are 2 certificates? Please provide link to me so i can enroll, Same for Sales.

You need to first apply to a program. Then you have some time to do Technical track on Charlie and certificates. Basically you need 2 from those available in this page - https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification

For Atlassian Sales Professional Accreditation you just need to complete the course on Charlie.

For Atlassian Technical Sales Professional Accreditations you complete the course on Charlie and any two of the certifications available. The numbers refer to the order the certifications were released - and do not relate to prerequisites and are not in order of complexity.
