Hello everyone,
If I am on the Atlassian website in the Atlassian University area and want to buy an exam there (URL is the following: https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en/login) then I keep getting an error message (see screenshot). I tried it with different computers and browsers and also with the browser in private mode, but unfortunately the same error message everywhere. In any case, something seems to be wrong with the SingleSignOn, according to the status message in the browser at the top.
Do any of you know why this is or how you can buy an exam?
Thanks in advance! :)
Best regards
Hi! One of the possible reasons is that your Atlassian ID full name isn't complete while Certification portal requires a full name to be populated. You can try to update your full name here https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility and try to log in to Certmetrics again. This is a new issue we have just started seeing and will be working on improving the end-user experience.
Nevertheless, if my suggestion doesn't work, please open a support ticket to get specialised assistance (as Joanna mentioned below).
Hi @WT , and welcome to the Atlassian Community Forums!
I'm not sure how much I can help here, but I'll try.
I tried logging into my certmetrics dash, and it works for me:
Beyond that I know that Atlassian is overhauling/revamping the material for exams right now. I don't know if exams are also being updated this year or not. Information about the training material updates will be announced at Team '24 (early May).
My understanding is that, during this time, even if training resources cannot be purchased, that exams can be purchased and scheduled. A few weeks ago I completed ACP-520.

@WT Yes, you should deifnitely be able to buy an exam. It's not immediately clear to me why you are having this issue, so could you please submit a Support ticket here: Atlassian Support
