Automation Jira Course

Hello,

I just took the automation Jira course. I tested my knowledge and completed all lessons modules, however it tells me that build simple automation rules is still in progress.  I took the course numerous times and it's not showing as completed. Am I missing something?

Hi @Rania Haddadin ,

I can't say for sure but I've noticed a similar thing on some other modules recently. Anyway, what seems to be counting as 'passed' is reaching the end of the page. Meaning, you just need to scroll by the end of the activity to get it marked as passed. You don't necessarily need to answer the questions.

Try to resume the activity you mentioned and scroll fully until the end of the page. You can just drag and drop the scroll bar until it hits the end (or until you see that blue panel with the reset button in the middle). Then try to exit the lesson and see if it's marked as passed.
