Why Estimation tool is not loading the issues?

I have the following problem with the estimation tool: https://snipboard.io/IumnOD.jpg.
No matter what JQL filter you specify (or if none), you have the endless loading state.

I don't know if this feature is based on the Agile Poker app, but the same issue was present in the Classic JIRA project when I tried to use the mentioned app.

Do any of you know why it's happening?

No, you'll need to debug the estimation tool to find out why it is not getting the issues from Jira.
