Hi. I want to add sub-task. Seems pretty simple, but every time I try to add it it says something's wrong and it can't be added. No further instructions.
Is there something else about the project that needs to be in place first for me to be able to do that?
Also, I want to make sure this sub-task type can be a child of Story and also a child of Task. How do I drag and drop that to be true?
Hi @Jason Punn ,
Can you please check Post functions associated with Create Issue transition of Sub task workflow. Also you can please check the logs so that it helps in troubleshooting the issue.

Also with the help of power scripts app you will be able to restrict sub tasks to specific issue type.

Thanks,
Avinash
How / where do I go to "check Post functions associated with Create Issue transition of Sub task". I'm not trying to create a function. I'm just trying to create a new issue type which seems pretty out of the box. No new transitions or workflows
