You can find workflow in "Project Setting" -> "Request types" -> "Edit workflow". But I cannot see an export option for it. (For classic project template, the workflow can be see in Jira setting)
I have checked this page https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/manage-how-work-flows-in-your-next-gen-service-desk/, and cannot find useful inforamation about export request types. We can copy a workflow of one request work to another, but it cannot be done across different project.

The option to copy next-gen project configurations and workflows wont be available until later this year. This is announced in the link below.

Was this eventually implemented? It does not appear on the roadmap anymore, neither in the "shipped" section, nor in the "in the works" section.
