I'm trying export our reporting attributes into a spreadsheet, but the export combines the attributes into one cell on the export. Is it possible to have the export split these fields out instead of doing it manually? I've tried to export using CSV and Excel with no luck.
For example, our instance is set up to have the following fields show up in the ticket:
However, when I get the export, all of these fields and combined together so it looks something like this:
Job Title: Telephone Number: Office: Department: E-mail: Division: Practice:
In order to get this split out, I have to split the info using a delimiter.
