Automation emails - customizing UP & DOWN

Hi ,

I am using a monitoring system that does not include these words in their alert email subject lines or can't be configured to do so !

Could you please help me on this .. My system generates FIRING & RESOLVED status [ Using Grafana ]

Hi @Anand S ,

If your tool can't be configured to use the "UP" and "DOWN" keywords, you would need to send the emails to a 3rd party first, where the subject can be modified and then sent to Statuspage. One example of a tool that could work is Zapier, which allows you to send and receive emails based on conditions and modify the content.
