The status indicators are not accessible they are color only, what if someone is red/green color blind? Can these be customized in anyway?

Yes, you should be able to customize the colors on the page by going to Your page -> Customize page and emails -> Colors and you can see the color pallet that we use and can be customized. 

You can also customize the colors using custom CSS, more information can be found here.
