SourceTree will no longer start -

I downloaded the SourceTree of windows version, and tried to install it. But it does not lunch properly.  Followed the suggestion via But it still does not work. Every time when I ran SourceTree.exe, SourceTree.exe_Url_bnoho02qjxwb1pths0l4vdsv13r10poe is created. Add the

<setting name="AutomaticallyCleanUpDictionaryFiles" serializeAs="String">

to the user.config, it does not work.

Would you like to advice what the best solution is? It is really annoying and I spent quite a lot of time in solving it already. Many thanks.

Is there anything in the %localappdata%\Atlassian\Sourcetree\sourcetree.log or Event Viewer indicating what is happening?
