to keep "descripton field" while moving an issue

while moving an issue, JIRA asks some field for keep,

Should i use any post-functions? while moving an issue, it asks whether keeping or not the field value, therefore i think i dont need it.

Do you have any post-functions that could be triggering an update on your issue field? I believe that might worth checking your workflows.
