is there a limit on number of issues in a project?

Can you pls help.

I need to know if there is limit to having issues of any type (eg. epics, story, task etc..) in a project.

There is no limit on any issue types as long as your server is capable of handling it.

the key in the issue created gets assigned with project code and an autoincremented number eg. Project is BANT, issues created would be BAINTxxxx where xxxx =1,2,3...

is there limit to what xxxxx is? Is this an infinite number generated by JIRA?
