handling the resolution field

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Creating issues using the CSV importer

Maybe it is useful to add some rules about the resolution field. In my experience this field is filled with the value "UNRESOLVED". This is wrong, an open issue Resolution field must be blank.

the moment an issue Resolution field is filled, by default the issue is categorized as resolved.

This widget could not be displayed.

Is there an actual question or statement here?

The point about the field being filled is actually wrong though, and worth correcting - the resolution field is not "filled with the value unresolved".  Unresolved is displayed when the field is empty.
