Why do I have to set up my entire MySQL installation as InnoDB?

Question

Installation, connecting to MySQL database; Why do I have to set up my entire MySQL installation as InnoDB?  Couldn't I just set up the stash database as InnoDB?  Am I missing something?

I'm not installing Stash if I have to convert my existing databases to InoDB.

You don't need to make MySQL installation InnoDB - Just the Stash DB.

Just add "ENGINE = InnoDB" for create database SQL query.
