Why do I have to set up my entire MySQL installation as InnoDB?

Installation, connecting to MySQL database; Why do I have to set up my entire MySQL installation as InnoDB? Couldn't I just set up the stash database as InnoDB? Am I missing something? I'm not installing Stash if I have to convert my existing databases to InoDB.

You don't need to make MySQL installation InnoDB - Just the Stash DB.

Just add "ENGINE = InnoDB" for create database SQL query.

It's fine to do that in JIRA, can't see why not in Stash either, as long as you make sure the tables created in the Stash DB will use InnoDB I can't see a problem.
