Do you have definitions for above urgency and impact values?
I'm trying to find definitions when urgency and impact are divided for 4 values
The matrix here refers to the importance of issues.
Impact - influences on other qualities of services (software, hardware, infrastructure, etc.)
urgency - Do we have to deal with this as soon as possible?
So these two dimensions should be determined by your organisational requirements. There is no common setting for this matrix, every organisation varies in this domain.
