WORK LOG ERROR

Amelia Caranchini June 17, 2013

We have problems when we track the time spent. When we use the "WORK LOG" box, after editing the "worked" hours in its box, it returns a warning message ("error") as it was waiting to complete the description box. Then when we accept this warning, the work log records the hours worked. How can we delete this warning?

Hi Sverrir, the problem is due to the users which are created under a domain. For instance "company\user". Tempo can't recognize the user inside the domain "company" and that's why Tempo reproduce this error. After the error is accepted, Tempo allows to record the information in its DB.

Hi,

Do you by any chance have the TEMPO plugin installed? If so what version? The error mentioned seems to be related to: https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTMPO-209

If your plugin version is earlier than the one indicated in the fix version, can you try updating it?

Kind regards,

Peter

Thanks

Hi,

Can you check your logs if you can find any additional hints on the cause of the warning message mentioned? <JIRA-HOME>/log/atlassian-jira.log should contain more info at the time the problem happens.

Kind regards,

Peter
