I create an issue in Jira, assigned to me. When I want to change the assignee sometimes it allows me to do it sometimes it doesn't. Lately I have gotten locked from changing the assignee to users that begin with the letter 'S'.
I am set up as the administrator and the users are all in the same group (I am in that group as well). The person I want to assign the issue to can do it without any issues. I am able to assign issues to some of the users.
The ticket is missing much of the conservation. Atlassian had an IE8 issue that was fixed this Monday 10/8. In the meantime I was told to use Firefox. Everything is working fine now.
