I am new in using Jira, I wanted ti check what is about for Timesheet > Subscriptions, I got this error "Error, no valid license".Is there another license that I should get in order to be able to use the timesheet?

For this JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets plugin licensing issue, you might want to give a check from the plugin vendor itself which is the following:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
