Splitt Page Property Report for Reports on specific Value

Hi,

is it possible to splitt the page property report in single reports for the same source of pages?

Example:

I have a set of pages with page properties which include "state".

Now i want to have a page property report where i see only the pages with one value in "state" e.g. "open".

Is there any way to do this?
