Need to input Server ID, but don't yet have the link to my instance to get the Server ID

Hi There,

Trying to get my new JIRA instance up and running.  It is asking for the Server ID, which they never gave me.  The docs say to "Log In" but they never game me my link.  I confirmed my email address here: id.atlassian.com/manage but it doesn't have any info.

Can anyone help me out?  Very frustrating trying to set this up without clear info and being put into a loop.

Jira won't ask you for a server ID, it generates one during installation.

The atlassian account that you use to generate licences will ask you for a server ID so it can generate the licence.

I can't work out from your question where you are looking - could you explain more?  What is Jira actually asking you for and what licences do you have in your my.atlassian.com account?
