Mentioning or notifying a user in a comment with @ does not display First/Last Name but login username

Claudio Ombrella February 6, 2013

Hi,

We are quite perplexed how this functionality has been implemented.

Using the @John Smith in a comment returns this ~smithj instead of John Smith.

Did I miss a setting here? How can I display? The problem is that with 3400 active users it is impossible to know the username of a person.

If this is the way it is... then please escalate as the functionality is not helpful as is.

Best regards

Claudio Ombrella

Hmm, it only displays ~smithj before you "submit" the comment. After you have submitted it, it will display the full name of the user.
