Linking probem

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Confluence 5.7 Release Notes

I would like to link to the section "Simplify your team's feedback loop" but under some circumstances, which I also have seen before, it is not possible to link to anchors including special characters. I would really appreciate if you could remove the special character from this header so I can directly link my users to this very useful section.

I can see this is related to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-26765 , but as we are running Confluence 5.7, this should have been resolved.
