Issue with adding a Jython Script to Jira 6.1 with the 2.2 Scripting Suite

I'm adding a Post Function (Jython) to a workflow step, but am unable to add a file.  The "file" box is there but is not functional as a drop down.  If the file is added in the drop down box the path is added to the text editor, the file contents do not appear.  On the other hand, the inline is functional, I can cut and paste a script there.  Is there a reason for not being able to add with the "file" function?  Thanks!

The issue was found to be the installation of Python and the working directory.  By creating a file in the Post Function "box" I was able to back track to the location where the sample files were created and add the files to the directory.  Once complete, they could be selected in the PF creation box.  I'm going to make a check of the home folders again to verify if others have this issue with a new implementation.
