Is there a way to get a report of all the commits for multiple stories in a release, with STASH integration?

Not by default. We ended up developing a gadget for it in JIRA Server.

Unfortunately, it is not open source. You can contact Go2Group, if you want to get a similar solution.

In short, we created a gadget that makes use of the same REST API calls that are used in a JIRA issue's development panel. The gadget is just aggregating information from multiple issues into a single place.
