Is it possible to create a bar chart from a JIRA board?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Creating a Board

I would like to know if it is possible to create a bar chart from a Board in JIRA. I would like to use a bar chart to display the components for a particular project.

There isn't out of the box bar chart for components. I assume each bar will show the count of issues for each component?
